  1. General Provisions

1.1 This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Service Provider and any individual who accepts this offer by purchasing the online course (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

1.2. By making a payment, the Client agrees to all the terms of this Agreement without exception.

  1. Description of Services and Tariffs

2.1. The Service Provider offers online services, provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute formal education subject to licensing, in the form of a Russian language course for beginners.

2.2. Available packages include:

  • Self-paced plan – lifetime access to pre-recorded lessons and PDF materials.
  • Internship plan – includes everything from the Self-paced plan, plus access to speaking clubs (8 online meetings) and community membership (on the Kajabi platform) for 8 weeks.

  1.   Order and Payment Procedure

3.1. The Client places an order through the official website www.soundrussian.uz selecting a course option and completing the payment.

3.2. Payment can be made using bank cards and international payment systems available on the checkout page.

3.3. The Service is considered purchased from the moment payment is successfully confirmed.

3.4. Access to the course is provided via email within a reasonable time after payment, typically within 24 hours.

3.5. Payment confirms the acceptance of this public offer and constitutes the conclusion of the agreement.

  1.   Refunds and Transaction Cancellations

4.1. A customer may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the Client's account, depending on the payment provider.

4.2. The Seller reserves the right to deduct any penalties or processing fees in accordance with the terms of this offer and the payment provider's rules.

4.3. Refunds must be requested via email at [email protected]. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Provision of Services

5.1. Course materials are delivered digitally via the Kajabi platform. Access details are provided via email after payment confirmation.

5.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to transfer all course materials initially provided via the Kajabi platform to a Google Drive folder within 2 (two) months after the purchase date. This transition will not affect the Client’s lifetime access to the materials, which will remain available through the new delivery method.

  1. Privacy Policy

6.1. All personal data provided during registration is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is used solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.2. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary for payment processing and service delivery.

6.3. The Service Provider implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of Client data.

  1. Use of Photo and Video Materials

7.1. By participating in live calls, or community activities, the Client grants permission for their image, voice, or shared content to be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes by the Service Provider (on the website, social media, or other platforms).

7.2. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must notify the Service Provider in writing before the course begins.

  1. 8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All course content (videos, texts, audio, printable PDF materials, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright law.

8.2. The Client may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the course materials in any form without written consent.

  1. Liability

9.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the Client’s misunderstanding of course material or failure to apply it.

9.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific results, as success depends on the Client's individual effort and consistency.

  1. Final Provisions

10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated version will be published on the website and becomes effective immediately upon publication.

10.2. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of Georgia.
