Victoria, founder of Sound Russian
About

Meet Victoria

Victoria is the teacher and founder behind Sound Russian — a qualified teacher with a degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Russia’s oldest and most respected university. She built the academy after watching learner after learner arrive full of motivation, spend months in apps, and still freeze the moment a real conversation started.

Her belief is simple: Russian isn’t too hard, it’s just badly taught. The alphabet, the six cases, verb aspect, gender agreement — none of it is impossible when it’s introduced in the right order, inside phrases you can already use, by someone who actually reads the Russian you produce.

Grammar made human

Cases and aspect explained the way a patient teacher explains them — when to use them and why — not as tables to memorise.
